The day my dad handed me my first ace of base tape, was the day I discovered my biggest passion, my dream and my future. As a five year old it seemed so clear that there was nothing else I would want to do, but to be come a singer. It's funny how so many silly dreams and ambitions change from when you were little. Well one things for sure, my dream has never changed. I was raised by parents who escaped communism in Poland, and who taught me that anything was possible. They achieved their dreams, and have stood by me in my every step to help me achieve mine. When I was 13 something horrible happened. My father suddenly passed away from Cancer. It is something that has left a permanent mark on my heart and my life. After my dad's passing, there was one thing that was clear. I would continue to follow and achieve my dreams and make him proud. No matter what happens, I know that I will be successful in my singing career. I will do it for myself, my family, my dad, and for the rest of the world. Nothing can make an impact on people, like music can and I believe that with music, I can make a difference.To help show people that anything is possible, no matter how big that obstacle is. To never give up and keep on fighting for what you believe in. Now 15 years later, I'm ready to make my mark, and let the world hear my music.
