Dukk.......Virgin of the rap game ( "Cuz it ain't no screw'n me"). It's only been a year and a half since he recorded his first track on the battle fields of Iraq. With a heart full of pain and a gun full of bullets, the 23 year old frontline sergeant found a way to release his anger through music. During his year long tour he began to collaborate with the rap group Fall In. Even through all the trials and tribulations that he was faced with (as well as the other members) they were somehow able to record almost 150 tracks within the last three months of their tour. With the motivation from the Fall In CEO XP and the constant motivation from the group, Dukk became more focused and determined to learn and grow to become a respected lyricist. Upon returning to the States in January 2006, the (P-Town) Prosperity, SC native joined the talented rap group Nu Breed/DSG. While the group was pushing out mixtapes after mixtapes, Dukk became more conscious of his talent. He soon ventured off into his own career as a solo artist. His commonly used expression "1 ME" says everyting about who he is.......I mean should I say more? From performing in talent shows, night clubs, car shows, and the 103.1 WEUP 18th Annual Black Arts Festival at Alabama A&M University is still just the beginning for this up and coming artist.
