After first meeting in September 2007, it took Fury of the Waters guitarists Glyn Williams and Andrew Skelton nearly two years to finalise the lineup of the band. With a massive collection of riffs and ideas they struggled to find other band members able to keep up with their rapid attack and energetic styles. The position of bass player was eventually filled by six-string earth shaker Ian Perry, who was shortly followed by Steven Jenkins, a charismatic frontman and talented vocalist. After the arrival of hard-hitting drummer Ceiran Jenkins in January 2009, the band ventured onto the live circuit for the first time, playing a local Battle of the Bands. Performances that followed include supporting Higher on Maiden (Europe's premier Iron Maiden tribute band) at legendary Newport venue TJ's, and headlining the second day of the Newport Tattoo convention, as well as various other gigs around South Wales. With gigs now planned all over the country, the band continue to increase their fanbase and develop their hard-edged yet melodic style.
