Jerald began rapping on July 4th, 2000. Influenced by his late uncle Darin Stewart, to start rapping, Jerald new he wanted to be a rapper from this day on. Very often called the Mixtape Album King, some say Jerald's style is matched by noone. A mixture of Conscience and gangster rap makes Jerald appealing to a worldly audience. Jerald's biggest strength is his ability to make any type of song. Being able to speak on every subject with flair and personality gives him a trait only found in a handful of successful rappers. An underground artist who has many projects and albums released to this date, but is still looking for success in the music industry. Since the year 2002, Jerald has released a mixtape album every year (except 2004). Not working with much, Jerald has been able to create a huge buzz in the city of Toledo, Ohio. Though his mixtape albums were made useing industry instrumentals, you can see his ablity to make hit records shining through. In 2010, Jerald Released his first official album on July 4th, 2010. With all the beats made by his cousin, Jerald has complete ownership rights to these beats, so Jerald can distribute his album legally. With the album being called HOLY TOLEDO, Jerald's aim is to show his versatility while spreading a positive message to his peers and fans. A superstar in the makeing, Jerald is very musically inclined. Confident about his ability's, Jerald feels like all he need is a chance. Haveing no children, Jerald is open to relocate to further his music career. Jerald has enough material to used beats, that he doesn't have to write another day in his life. He was named after his father Jerald Vernon Cullars. His mother, Jeana Stewart raised him by herself with 3 other siblings, 2 sisters and 1 brother. Jerald grew up without a male influence, Jerald and his brother were very distant, most of the time they would not even talk to each other. Jerald's early teen years saw him selling drugs and rapping, which earned him a name in the streets as J Smooth. Jerald would later change his name to escape his violent, drug dealing, and criminal past. With his confidence in his music ability's Jerald would change his name to Greatness, which describes himself as a whole. Teaching himself the ins and outs of the music industry it took Jerald a while to start doing shows. With only 1 show under his belt at the start of 2010, Jerry has already performed three shows in 2010. Useing his childhood nickname Jerry, Jerald has ignored doubters and naysayers to continue reaching for his dream, to be a superstar.
