Harlequin Jones is a band that can roughly be called piano punk. The music mixes catchy dark pop hooks with female vocals and aggressive piano and drums to accompany. Amanda von Loon's sexy low voice sings and growls while she busts out the piano with trashy elegance, and Jesse Aradio hits drums like jazz and metal got in a fight.
