NadzDaRockstarr is a female rapper/producer/engineer located in Birmingham, UK. Born and raised in Jamaica, she came to the UK in 2001 in search of a better life. NadzDaRockstarr then developed an interest in music at the tender age of 11. She left school in 2006 and later went on to college to study Music Technology. It was there she started to produce her own music. "Hard Knock Life" and My Fake Mates" are a few of the songs which she wrote and produced during that time. NadzDaRockstarr also did remixes to Nas "One Mic", 50 Cent's "Straight To The Bank" and Mims's "This Is Why Im Hot", all of which gained good plays on the social network Myspace. NadzDaRockstarr has also worked with rapper Shadow Warrior AKA Shadz-FirstSite who she met on a music course while at college, they have numerous songs and a few videos that they have done together. As an artist NadzDaRockstarr says her flow is different and quite unique. She describes her creativity when it comes to beat making as weird and out of this world. She has shocked a alot of people with her ability to create music not just as a rapper but as a producer. As a female rapper/producer, Nadz says its hard for her as the industry is dominated by alot of male artists. But never the less she's always ready and think whatever they can do she can do it better. Songs that she writes are based upon what she and her family has been through. She writes about her struggles alot and how shes feel during the lowest times in her life. Nadz says her greatest success would be to do all the things people say she couldn't. She remembers the countless times when some people would tell her to "keep dreaming" while others would say "whatever, you will never be good enough and it will never happen". As a young up and coming artist with no big names behind her, Nadz says these are comments that make her stronger and keep her moving forward to success. She is willing to go the extra mile and puts in 110% in her work. "The Struggle Can't Knock Me, So Nothing Can Stop Me" and the famous "No Struggle, No Progress" are a few of the quotes that Nadz say are close to her heart, cause no matter what she does she always gets the reaction its never good enough. But she will never abandoned her dreams when the rest of the world has.
