I couldn't even get my rabbits back into their cages, let alone wrangle mustang. After that dream went the way of the west, I figured I'd be a lumberjack, but my dendrophobia put a quick stop to that. Bark freaks me out. "Why not be a professional soccer player?", I thought. But due to severe allergies I couldn't play on a field for a week after the grass was cut. Most were cut twice a week. Fireman, Blacksmith, Astronaut, Taxidermist (thought it sounded cool, didn't know dead animals were involved), all sounded like viable options. Alas, all ambitions were quelled by inherent obstructions. The only outlet I had for my frustrations with the aforementioned was an upright piano in the living room. We developed quite a relationship over the years, her name was Lawrey. She helped me overcome my dendrophobia after learning that pianos were made of wood which came from trees. After the breakthrough, I again considered the lumberjack notion. Turns out I also have a fear of flannel. Long story short, she's been by my side for 20 of my 25 years. We've had our ups and downs, but we always seem to work it out. Who knows what the future holds, all I know is we got each other.
