Jaymie Em took up piano at an early age but only began composing on the instrument in her 20s. At age 26, a trip to Australia/New Zealand inspired her to begin crafting lyrics for some of her melodies while hunting down pianos in every town she visited. More recently, Jaymie has teamed up with her brother, Chris (bass, guitars, drum programming), to add a new dimension to her music.
