June is an alternative rock band formed in Mexico City and composed by Ana López (voice, piano, effects), Christian Balderas (voice, piano, effects), Alonso López (electric bass) and Erubiel Rangel (drums). With main influences as Blonde Redhead, Death Cab For Cutie, Radiohead, Esbjörn Svensson Trio, Porcupine Tree, June mixes different styles to create their own sound.  June recorded their first EP called Comets, which is about to be released. Always with the idea of being original and innovative, June is in process of composing new songs using different elements that are already part of their sound as loops, soft voices, strong guitars, loud pianos, atmosphere effects, intense drums and melodic bass lines.   June es una banda de rock alternativo formada en la Ciudad de México e integrada por Anu López (voz, piano), Christian Balderas (voz, piano, efectos), Alonso López (bajo) y Erubiel Rangel (batería). Con influencias principales como Blonde Redhead, Death Cab For Cutie, Radiohead, Esbjörn Svensson Trio y Porcupine Tree, June mezcla diferentes estilos para crear su propio sonido. En 2011, June grabó su primer EP llamado Comets.  Siempre con la idea de ser originales e innovadores, June está en proceso de componer nuevas canciones usando diferentes elementos que son ya parte de su sonido, tales como loops, voces suaves, guitarras fuertes,  pianos enérgicos, efectos atmosféricos, baterías intensas y líneas melódicas de bajo.
