My name is KG Kenny Wayne. The KG initial stands for Keep Going. So it stands out to mean Keep Going Kenny Wayne. I was born December 9th 1988, yeah I am an eighties baby. My interest in music started back when I was in pampers I must say. Just the thought of my pops holding me in his arms while he blast NWA in my ears is amusing. My rap career began in the sixth grade while attending Haynes Middle School. Back then I would take an artists song that i liked for the meaning and lyrics and rewrite it for my liking then exchange it to a cutie for her attention. Yeah I’ve been known as a heartthrob. As I proceeded to the 7th grade at Joelton Middle School, I discovered my obvious talent. My English teacher Ms. Martin assigned my class and I a poem paper. My paper intrigued her because it showed that I was not new to this but I was I just didn’t know that poetry was what I was doing since the 6th grade. From that day on I continued doing poetry because I enjoyed it. See to me poetry was rapping without an exterior tune but rather an interior tune. So it was only a matter of time in which I made the transfer from poetry to rap lyrics. I remember rapping in front of two of my homies Lil Bryan and DJ. They laughed at me and it wasn’t to notify any wackness but they’re minds wasn’t developed as mine. I spat a bar reciting this “Yaw clumsy hustling cause yaw be tripping hard/ Mane I’m pushing weight catch me lifting hard/ “To them they wasn’t ready for what is popular now “Good Lyricism”. During my 8th grade passing of Ewing Park Middle School, I grew into an even better rapper. I had hooked up with Octavious “Wild Child” Lewis. We wrote many songs but never did anything with it. See we were young so we didn’t know what our talent provided. Things came to a sudden halt because Wild Child had got locked up. We stayed in contact because friends never disappear on one another. My best friend Marcus McGee (43 R.I.P.) came to me about a problem with his current girlfriend that he needed guidance about. I insisted we write about out relationships with these females. So that led us to wirte many songs. A close friend named Johnny B was an upcoming producer. He was making beats since I don’t know when. He was too cool and his beats were fire and they still are. After many times of convince trying he gave us a chance to record a song on one of his beats. At this time he had his studio in his room. McGee didn’t come because he had football practice but I still went. It was Me, Johnny B, and J-Rod (friend, MC, Producer). I ended recording one song because we had to leave before Johnny B’s mom came home. The song was called Soldier. The song came to life because the beat Johnny B played reminded me of an army scene. Every beat he played for me I came up with a song for it off top because of what the beat painted for me. Unfortunately, I could only do one song. I free styled the whole song of soldier because I didn’t have time to write on the tablet on the desk but I relied on the tablet in my mind. The song was a hit. Everyone who heard it liked it. They would holler out the bus window “A KG! I’m a Soldier”. It was crazy to me because it was unexpected. Who knew of what I could do with the valuable time of my strong mind. The Nickname was given to me by my Best Friend Marcus McGee RIP 43 I almost forgot to mention that. McGee and I recorded two songs in the presence of Johnny B. As I made way through Whites Creek High School I grew and became more determined to make my name stick. Regardless the rap group was taking over Whites Creek. They were doing their thing much love to them. I had stepped down because I was afraid of the “Cafeteria Table”. The Cafeteria Table is where all the rappers would come and battle each other, sometimes for fun all times for respect. I was scared of getting ripped on so I laid back. Still for those who knew about me never forgot how good i was and how good i will become. My homies from in-house productions (Tommy T and K Dub) had got jealous because of a gal they wanted I took. So they made a song directed towards me called KG got Crabs. No I don’t have crabs and never had crabs. The song was for fun but it managed to spark attention. So check this out, Knowing that I was going to come back with a song to get them back how about they take the mic from Johnny B to keep me from recording. Funny how fair fun can never be fair game. Time progressed and the beginning of my junior year i met this Kuntry Nigga by the name of Lil Flye. We met on the school bus top. We started Chit chatting and then we realize that 2gether we were unstoppable. We formed the Group Dem Country Boys. It insisted of Me Flye and Lil Corndawg. We were making noise in Whites Creek. We ended up adding this nigga named RM (Roger M.). This nigga had a mean lil flow so he was a good asset to us. We then changed our name to CBT (Country Boy Team). We made one mix tape album called Country Boy Business Vol. 1. It did real good. We did everything by ourselves from the music to the promotion. We had the right intentions and expectations but we just didn’t meet them. RM unbelievably left the group but I still got love for the nigga WHAT UP RM DA REAPER. I and Lil Flye continued our passion and gift as we are now dropping solo projects and working on the Kuntry Boy Vol. 2. Flye’s new album is called Struggle Made. Go Get that cause it’s going to hit hard and it’s unbelievably real good music and real life testimonials. That’s my Brother from Another. I love Ya My Nigga Lil Flye. Okay so back to the bio, I ran into this real ass nigga named K-Slicc. We became friends while understanding each others music perseverance’s. He is doing his thing with this music shit. You can here him on “Ace RIP: A king can’t beat an Ace mix tape album”. As my spotlight started to catch many eye sights i started getting opportunities to be on other rappers projects. I and my nigga D-Trai talked about this rap shit and free styled in class a few times. We still supposed to be getting on each others projects so watch out for that. He dropped a mix tape album called Mr. 1 Take. Go get that its slapping. I graduated from Whites Creek and then me and Lil Flye started working on music with my uncle Big Unk (Martin Gantt RIP). I miss you unk. We recorded many songs and Flye had introduced Keisha G (Lady G) to the group. Man that gal can really spit. Keisha G informed Flye and me about a contest for music talent. The contest was for Roxbury Studios talent search. We won it with the hit song “Fitted Hat”. We performed it too right. We won a three song demo recording cd, a music video, and an interview for the TV show “Hip-Hop in the Ville”. They never gave us our video or our three song demo. We ended up with the interview and rerecorded version of “Fitted Hat”. That’s what you call some bullshit. They kept taking us off schedule for Young Buck and other Nashville Artists who were making noise in the music business. So what I call UNFAIR they call BUISNESS. So i was like fuck them and get back to our shit. After Big Unk died Lil Flye went back home to NC. I stayed down here and started on my solo mix tape. In the process of my mix tape, McGee got murdered. I cried for days and with my cries came with strength. He was always reminding me that I am as good as I believe I am. He my nigga 4eva.I Love ya McGee 43 RIP. So yeah I had a lil buzz through college at Nashville State Community College. And Now I Am where I Am. ON THE WAY. Now my mix tape is finished it’s called “I AM 615”, it’s the best album coming out this year of ‘08 and ‘09. Get my mix tape album “I AM 615” you won’t regret it and it’s a need for hip hop and rap music. TO MY HOMIES I LOVE YA, TO MY LADIES I LOVE YA, TO MY FAMILY I LOVE YA, TO MY HATERS I LOVE YA, AND TO MY FANS I LOVE YA. 100 Keep It Kuntry RIP MARCUS MCGEE 43 AND BIG UNG ( MARTIN KEITH GANTT) RIP DONALD ROBINSON WHAT UP UNCLE RODNEY CORLEY UNCLE JIMMY.
