His success is based on the separation of cliche styles of music in the hip-hop industry with his sociable personality, lifestyle, and staying to the true art of music. The art of his rhymes are filled with emotion, passion, and fashion, that leads into stories which allows his audience to relate, think, and to be educated. What started out as a dream turned into a reality when Kristopher M Shelby felt it was time deliver to the world the kind of music he has been having locked in his brain since he was a child. Born in New Orleans, OR, on May 26, 1987, at the age of 10, listening to a number of rappers, the sound, art, and style of hip-hop embedded and cultivated within his life gifting him with a new love. He first burst out onto the hip-hop scene in 2000 at the age of 13 – where he and long time friend Blake Miller was crowned “king” on a popular radio show in New Orleans called 9 o’clock props freestyle battle. After being crowned several times, a local legendary group and mentors called “Partners in Crime” contacted Kris and Blake and took them to his there first recording session where they made their first song “Run away” and emerged as an artists. He and Miller formed a group called ‘Da Block Burnaz” and made countless hit songs that brought them fame. Years later, he moved to Atlanta where he teamed with artists Young Money, Lil Chuckee, Lil Wayne, and Canary Yella debuting his solo mix tape “soundtrk to my lyfestyle”. With a few more mind controlling mix tapes, he is planning on bring the art, style, the fashion, and the love of hip-hop back into the music industry. He is the state of hip-hop.
