It’s not what it’s who, his name is LOU BATTLE. Born in Montgomery, AL as Eugene Harris II, this southern bred singer/songwriter is no stranger to change. The oldest of three he had to be a leader and take care of his younger brother and sister, whom both have the gift of song. Starting as a star point guard for Albany State University, Lou Battle left his hoop dreams searching for the next great love of his life. His last year at Albany State Lou and a friend decided too sign an independent record deal in Atlanta, landing a top 34 song in the country on urban AC radio. Performing with artist such as Marques Houston, Avant, David Banner, Jadakiss, and Nappy Roots, forced him to learn about the music industry fast. After multiple trials and tribulations he decided to take his career into his own hands, and become a solo artist.
