Bursting onto the scene with the independently released LP "Good Girl Blues" in 2009, Love Dominique embraced her neo soul influences and offered a soulful and jazzy take on love and relationships. "Good Girl Blues" garnered her acclaim in her native Houston, receiving a Houston Press Award nomination, write ups in the Houston Chronicle and radio play on college and local radio. The project also spawned international radio play in the UK and a mini domestic tour including a date at the legendary House of Blues.
The following year, moving towards a more R&B sound, Love released the 1st installment in her "Lover's Game" EP series. Positively received, Lover's Game garnered college and local radio play in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. Love released Vol. 2 eight months later and is currently embarking upon a 5 city promo tour of the same name. The Lover's Game EP Series has made her one to watch.
Love Dominique's fourth and most recently released project "Scandal" was solely written by Love Dominique and produced by the Houston production duo Mo Black Beats, "Scandal" was released in 2012 and has already played a factor in Love receiving a second Houston Press Awards nomination for Best R&B/Funk/ Soul.
