L.V. R&B then began to collaberate with different local artist,producers and independant labels like Uncut Records, Unstoppable Records, Grind Mode Ent., Encline Records, K-9, Joe Black, Young Bo, Dub City Records, Fie Boi Ent., Citi 2 Citi Entertainment! It didnt take long before L.V. R&B would become the hottest R&B local artist in the 4-States area (Texas,Oklahoma,Louisiana and Arkansas). He has earned his time to shine by working day in and day out by traveling throughout the industry to open up for other major label artist such as Devin The Dude, Charlie Boy, Nitti, Calvin Richardson, DORROUGH, T-Pain, Lil Boosie, Jagged Edge, 4 Milez, and The Source Magazine. L.V. R&B has tried out for American Idol making it to the preliminary round 5 in Dallas, Texas in 2007. He performed at the Apollo 2 in Nathez, Mississippi.
His great stage performance and charming looks is what makes him stand out from most R&B acts. He loves to please the crowd and his humble personality is what makes up the chemistry for his very unique sound and swag.
He is inspired by his mother "Bengie Cooper" and grandmother "Ruby Gaddies" and auntie "Bridget Cooper" . If you noticed he was raised by completely by women and that is why is able to reach the women of today like no other R&B artist!!!!
He writes all his music and is inspired by other artist like Dave Hollister, Tank, Musiq, T.I., Donell Jones, Gerald Levert, John Legend, Lyfe Jennings, Deanglo, Maxwell, Trey Songz, Jay Z, Drake, Slick, Temptations and Sam Cook.
