My taste in music has always been astray from what my friends listened to, I like unique sounds where the talent was evident, and not the same old catchy things that everyone was raving about. I have an appreciation for all music as long as there is true talent and heart behind what I can hear. Music is not about money, is not about fame is not about being a rockstar, music is about singing and playing and doing what you feel is right, I sigh when I hear amazing bands out there who never get heard or have a small fan base, cause I know what thats like, and sometimes I wonder many of the bands out there have their record deals and tour when it is evident that their motives are fame and money. Everyone deserves a chance, and everyone deserves the recognition they deserve for putting themselves out there in the first place. What I want to do is spread my love for music to others, to have people really listen to what I do, be in the place I was when I wrote a song, and connect to the discoveries that are out there so that I can grow with my audience and learn as well as help them learn about acceptance and the beautiful insanity of life. I may never make it in the music world, but that doesn't mean I'm ever going to stop playing and singing until the day my hands fall apart and my voice is hoarse.
