ABOUT:
Technology and creativity merge in what is known as Naturally Sweet. Each member of the Helms clan is a multi-instrumentalist and, in the studio, they work to achieve a sensual sound in the recording and layering of instruments. To accomplish this on stage they use a phantom member, which is controlled by Rob. The MD8 machine plays the pre-recorded tracks that are not being played in real time by the members when on stage. This gives the band extreme flexibility in the creative process and ensures that the dynamics of the songs are kept intact while performing live. The band members move on and off of different instruments throughout the show, which makes for an exciting display of musicianship.
Naturally Sweet are completing their full-length release at present time and are looking forward to a SPRING of 2012 release for their self-titled CD.
