NON-COMPLIANT was formed in July 2009 by guitarist Donnie Cretsinger and vocalist Scott Wylde. After several months of song writing, Donnie and Scott met bassist Lucky Dayze and drummer Sebastian Steber in February 2010. The members of NON-COMPLIANT immediately began booking shows in local venues and performed their first show a week after completing the band's line up.
Lucky left the band in August 2010 for personal reasons.
Mike Whittington joined in August after answering an ad on Craigslist. He left the band in November due to Musical differences.
Bassist Ron Fresquez joined the band in January 2011, a long time friend and former bass player for Presenze and Vague.
May 2010 marked the release of the first album by NON-COMPLIANT , "Failure to Comply". Material for a concept album is almost complete, and a 2011 release of that album is in the works.
