His greatest achievements came in 2008. Plus Mo formed an electro-popgroup named The Royal Society and their single “You Say” sprung thegroup towards immediate success. In addition to receiving adistribution deal with Warner Music Canada, the success of “You Say”also resulted in its heavy rotation nationwide on radio and MuchMoreMusic,and it earned the 7th spot on Billboard Canada’s Emerging Artistchart. The single sold 2000 copies and earned them notoriety as anopening act for Universal Motown group Down With Webster. TheRoyal Society also joined on the R.O.O.T.S tour in 2009 for Flo Rida.Within the same year, Plus Mo would take his act to Atlanta,performing alongside Travis Porter.
In early 2010, Plus released a mixtape entitled ‘Sweet Chin Music Vol.1′. The mixtape displayed his elite lyrical ability while instantlyhooking listeners with its nostalgic substance. Since its releasehe performed as an opening act at Summer Jam Canada(featuring Busta Rhymes, T-pain, Fabulous, & Rick Ross), and for SeanKingston.He released its follow up in October 2011, ‘Sweet Chin Music Vol.2’ as well as songs from his R&B mixtape ‘Music4Breeding’ slated to release in November.In addition, he’s set to work on another solo EP and the final installment to his mixtape series Sweet Chin Music in 2012.
