What’s up, I’m Mr. Thomas aka P.O.L.O., a 26 year old producer/singer/rapper/owner ceo in San Diego, Ca, but originally from Atlanta, Ga. Being raised in the lower parts of the Atl, life was rough. I found basketball and music to be a positive outlet from all the drama and pain that was surrounding me. At about 15 years old, my mother relocated my 5 siblings and I to San Diego, where we were introduced to a different type of hustle, which I will not discuss in detail; but it was then that I realized music was not only something I do better than well, but it was my ticket out the hood, and I started focusing on that paper trail harder than ever. Together with the help of my good friend and fellow producer, E-Lo, we assembled Young-N-Rich Records. I thought it was the start of a new beginning. We were doing shows all over San Diego, and getting plenty of street cred. Over the next few years, however, some of our members moved away, and other just lost focus. That didn’t stop me. After months of doing shows with my dad and selling my CDs out the trunk of my car, I put together Boss Boyz Entertainment, which is currently sweeping through the streets of SD. I continue to do shows throughout the San Diego area, and I’m constantly in the studio producing new heaters. My music can be purchased and downloaded thru my myspace page.
