Over the next few years the band played with a wide variety of band’s thru out WV, PA, and VA at various venues in that time Proper Addiction drew a wide fan base of different people of all ages one thing was for sure if you didn’t like all of the song’s you knew everybody liked at least one of the song’s. Every thing was fine until the drummer made the decision that he wanted to take a break for awhile, so time after time of trying to get thing’s going again with all original member’s the decision to find a new drummer was made with also wanting to add a 2nd guitar player. Late 2009 was spent figuring thing’s out and trying to locate drummer’s wanting more than just to play drum’s. So during 2010 Jeff, Shane, & Milan spent a lot of time rewriting songs, writing new songs, working on a demo, booking shows for 2011, and a lot of traveling between WV and VA. During the 1st year everything has went according to schedule to record, produce, & design artwork for a 5 song demo, the recording of 13 new songs,(Shane played the guitar and drum tracks) Jeff wrote new lyrics, revived the existing ones, while Milan handled all the studio, production work. Currently Proper Addiction is a three piece band and will be doing live shows in 2011 Proper Addiction’s music is a mixture of different genre’s and not one specific type, mainly labeled as Rock / Hard Rock / Metal. Call it what you will just take it inside one time and let the music make your mind then with the thought’s of the lyric’s in your head then you’ll know these men lived every sin ever said. Proper Addiction will make you stop and think some time’s in their music like that last quote! None the less though the song’s take on a life of their own no matter if you know the true meaning behind the song our it just sound’s like a piece of your past that you once lived. Everything wrote has a meaning behind it, it’s just waiting for you to unlock it to see what’s really inside of it.
