Reed Waddle is an award winning singer songwriter, from Destin, FL. He recently completed his fourth independent album in the past five years. Piece by Piece is a critical triumph, covering many grounds of American music. In a short period, he has brought his laid back vibe and serious songwriting all across the country. His career continue's to blossom. Reed's song "I Saw Stars" was selected in 2007 as one of twenty finalists in American Idol's inaugural American Songwriter competition, chosen from over 25,000 nationwide entrants. He recently signed a publishing deal with 19 Entertainment, the management & publishing arm of American Idol. In late 2006 he was contacted by John Oates of mega platinum artists Hall & Oates to cowrite songs in Aspen, Colorado for his forthcoming album. Oates is featured on his new album Piece by Piece available at itunes and at www.reedwaddle.com A three time International Songwriting Competition finalist Reed has also been honored by ASCAP for the past two years as an ASCAP Awards Plus recepiant. Reed has toured nationally with his band and most recently as a solo artist on the national college circuit. He has performed live with John Oates, opened for Tim Reynolds (Dave Mathews), Steven Kellogg & the Sixers, and showcased music festivals in Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville and Boston. He recently just completed a 6 week tour up the east coast and continues to spread his music like wildfire across the country.
