Regulation Nein was started in early 2009 as a project by musician and producer Curt Hart. Curt was originally the only member and sole musician behind the group's work. After eight months of creating he released "The Uprising of Singles EP" in 2010, which contained 5 tracks. Notable tracks off of this release included "When It End's I'm Dead" and "Everything is Nothing, Nothing is Everything. Curt started the project which would become Regulation Nein on his own because he was tired of groups that he would join stealing his music and calling it their own. He originally intended for Regulation Nein to always just have him as the sole member and creator. This however would end up changing. In late 2010 Curt came across some talent by the name of Amber (SF Sweetheart). The thought of adding her as a member didn't really cross Curt's mind at first. The two became friends...mainly linked by musical interest. Amber enjoyed the music Curt had and was created and showed him some of her beats and vocals she had from the past. Although not the best work she had done, Curt knew there was talent there and that it could be brought out through the use of better software and equipment. Curt showed her some programs he used and taught her in the ways of creating music through these programs. A short time after Amber and Curt started working together, he asked her to join Regulation Nein. Amber was happy to accept. The two immediately started collaborating and creating new material. Regulation Nein continues to create new material and releases it on a track by track basis online. A full album is in the works with no set release date.
