Rancid Abomination is an underground 2 man blackened death metal band from the boston area. Formed in 2001 as a black metal solo artist, rancid abomination's music is fast, evil sounding, and has horrible lyrics on purpose to be shocking. Rancid Abomination has never been really out there because it was mostly kept to myself in it's 2001-2006 phase as a black metal solo artist..  The older stuff is badly produced and sounds very diminished.   In 2016 the band reformed as a 3 man band and recorded 2 new cd's that sound a lot better, production wise. The overall feel is similar but a bit different sounding in 2016 than in 2001-2006. Rancid Abomination created a new kind of metal that I will call #newenglandstyle black metal here. It is not like Norweigan black metal at all, and is closer to oldschool black metal, but has evil melodies too on top of the thrashy riffs. Think of it as a fusion of True norweigan black metal and venom.
