Nicholas L. Wiley is my name also know as RoNick. I got the name RoNick from my friends due to my ability to do clean cut runs with my vocals. I’m from a small town of Winter Haven, Fl. I’m at the transitional age of nineteen years old. I’m going to be honest with you from the start. I’ve never considered this for a career. Until a year ago. Don’t get me wrong I’ve always love to sing, but being around people that like to make certain dreams out of reach made me question myself and ability to do this. For me that gave me the fuel to peruse this with a passion, and show them anything’s possible with a little faith and perseverance. And in the process it force me to believe in myself and set a goal and run for it. It made me ask myself “what brings me exceeding joy?” And all that kept coming up was sing sing sing. I’m in college because I do understand this is not guaranteed its only a possibility. I’ve been sing in church since the age of five years old. Since that age I’ve been training and training my voice to perform to it’s fullest potential every time I sing. By using my top three influences: Tonex, Beyonce, and J Moss, to unlock my vocal style I really feel like I’m ready to put my ability to the test, and see how I can shake up the industry. Always realizing theirs always much more to learn I found myself jumping at every opportunity to sing always trying to find a way to fine tune my ear and style. Locally I still sing a church (In front of a crowd of 2,000 in our biggest meetings), karaoke bars, Talent Shows ( I’m always entered in as a featured perform; never a contestant.), weddings, Parties, etc. throughout Central Florida. My biggest fan base has came through myspace. I’ve been on the site for about six months and I’ve added about 1,000 supporters a month and still growing. I do realize the road I’ve chosen is very hard. But this is my passion and I want it. I’m not looking for a handout, but only someone to open the door and let me run through it. I’m ready to work!!!
