Rugged & Raw consist of 2 artist Ruthless Rayne and Mean Mug.Ruthless Rayne is 29 yrs.old from Sacramento Ca,who has been rapping and ghost writing since the age of nine.Mean Mug was born in the 3rd Ward of New Orleans ,La but was raised in San Jose Ca.Mean Mug began rapping at the age of twelve.Both artist strive to become internationally known and have released their debut project ZASAC(San Jose-Sacramento) on itunes in 2009.
