SHALOH came up like most: single parent home, low income, bad niehborhoods, etc. Having wrote his first song at age 14 SHALOH found himself in many battles for the crown in the streets. Though the respect came it didn't pay, but the streets did.
Falling into the streets was easy, and it took SHALOH from
Brooklyn, N.Y. to Myrtle Beach, S.C. After several years of crime and prison; the studio had proven to be the only place of refuge.
Getting back to the music more seriously SHALOH dropped countless mixtape cds and a full length cd in 2003
"Frum tha ground up"(in stores now) which was a hit in the streets.
The past came back to haunt SHALOH taking him off the scene
yet again for a few years, but he never stopped writing
and preparing for another hot release.
Now back once again with something new is an improved, motivated, devoted, and undeniable SHALOH. The underground giant can contend with the best in the industry: hot lyrics,
subject matter, delivery, and production from Billy Moody, Sabotage, and more.
This isn't what's been missing this is what's been needed.
