Patrick Whelan, aka ShoreShot, is a songwriter & lyricist who has been recording, producing, and releasing music since 2001. Early in his career, ShoreShot was featured on numerous mixtapes which led to being booked for live performances - this included opening for hip-hop acts such as Maino, Nappy Roots, and Trina. In July of 2010, ShoreShot released his debut album entitled "Slowly but Shorely", which was quickly adopted as an underground soundtrack along the Jersey Shore that summer. ...

Early in his career, ShoreShot was featured on numerous mixtapes which led to being booked for live performances - this included opening for hip-hop acts such as Maino, Nappy Roots, and Trina. In July of 2010, ShoreShot released his debut album entitled "Slowly but Shorely", which was quickly adopted as an underground soundtrack along the Jersey Shore that summer. Linking up with NJ-based singer/producer, EWald, shortly afterwards, the two have been hard at work on ShoreShot's sophomore offering entitled "The ProgreSS Report". That album is set to release this June. ShoreShot's music is best described as a blend of hip-hop and R&B with traces of pop, gospel, and alternative soul. His lyrics are marked by unique vocals, proper mechanics, and a sharp flow.
