Since 2006, Sons of Senoka have evolved in modern and powerful metal styles, mixing genres without losing sight of the true essence of their music. Released in fall 2008, “The blacksky stands alone” gave a full glimpse at the band’s universe, marking the accomplishment of several months in studio where the band experimented many aspects of creation. Heralded by the press, their debut album also was acclaimed by French audience when touring with bands such as Dagoba or Mistaken element. At the dawn of a new decade, Sons of Senoka is about to unleash the successor to its debut album "The blacksky stands alone". Pushing the frontiers of modern melodic death metal to an unsurpassed level, the band is eager to introduce its new 10 track masterpiece : "Sanctuary". After a preproduction stage, Sons of Senoka began intense recording sessions and decision was made to entrust Thibault Chaumont (Deviant Lab) with the production of their new record. This collaboration allowed the band to attain new standards of epic dimension.
