Spirited Away Manchester

Newly formed in 2008, Spirited Away are an innovative four piece from Manchester; influenced by artist’s such as The Doors, Supertramp, and The Libertines. The songs are a maturing blend of late 60’s psycadelia with a modern day twist of indie rock and majestic jazz. The songs are a maturing blend of late 60’s psycadelia with a modern day twist of indie rock and majestic jazz. Shortly after forming the band played a showcase of new music at the ZAVVI record store (Manchester Arndale) and supported sheffield Indie rockers 'Last Gang' at the Music Box (Manchester) in February. They recently played an intimate show on the gallery stage as part of the Atom Live Festival (Brirmingham). From these primitive but blessed beginnings the band hope to develop their sound and make a big impact on the music industry in 2009.
