Head North on Highway 14 in California toward the former home of the deadly Manson family and you'll find the city of Ridgecrest. Listen close to the desert wind and you may hear the music of the Barstool Saints. Formed in 2008 the Barstool Saints began as a project to perform some old acoustic songs, but it quickly evolved into a full-fledged Rock and Roll experience. They have been compared to many bands, many artists and many attempts have been made to fit them into a specific genre. Through all this they continue to play their own brand of unapologetic rock n roll. Playing songs mostly penned by their vocalist Jason Bachinski, he belts lyrics from his soul about hard life and hard drinkin'. The driving rhythm of the bass comes from Kevin Means. Gut punching beats from the drums are provided by Jared Roark and the face melting guitar riffs come from Peter Lager and Jerome Roark. Because of the wide ranging Barstool Saints sound they fit in many venues, can play for any fan and have played with many types of bands including: ADEMA, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Dr. Know, DI, The Creepshow, The Koffin Kats, The Chop Tops, Calabrese, The Cold Blue Rebels, The Haptones (featuring GNR’s Dizzy Reid,) and more. They have been described as a cross between Danzig, Social Distortion, and Billy Idol; and recently compared to the up and coming Danish band Volbeat. The Barstool Saints have been featured on 106.1 FM KRAB, 102.7 FM KSSI, 88.1 FM KZSC, 91.5 FM KRUX, and 1230 AM Las Vegas. They have also been featured in the following publications; Bakotopia Magazine, OC Weekly, and Las Vegas Insider. This hard working band is currently working on their second full length album and continue to travel from city to city, bar to bar gaining the respect of both listeners and fellow bands alike with their jaw dropping blend of sound, soul and energy. After the show look to the bar crowded with new fans and you will find the Barstool Saints.
