In the mid 80's Chris studied Guitar briefly under Joe Stump (www.JOESTUMP.com) and would continue on his own to study the styles of such players as George Lynch, Randy Rhoads, Yngwie Malmsteen, etc., through tablature books, Guitar magazines, videos and countless hours of practice. In 2002 Chris formed the band MISSION:CONTROL, a 4 pc. all original, Hard Rock assault squad, which would change members over the next 6 years, playing virtually EVERY stage in the New England area and beyond including the legendary CBGB's in New York City, just before closing their doors forever... Chris' latest 2 song InstruMENTAL Rock EP, entitled "The Power Of CHRIS Compels You" was nominated for "Album/EP of the Year By Solo Act" by Limelight Magazines 2013 Readers Poll. Currently, Chris performs live, all around New England with his 4 pc. InstruMENTAL Hard Rock band, having shared the stage with some of New Englands bigger, well known acts. Since then, Chris' relentless Marketing/Promotion team (himself..haha!) has earned him internet popularity on social networks such as MYSPACE, with nearly 20,000 friends/fans and over 100,000 song plays and 3 FACEBOOK profiles with a combined fan base of over 10,000 followers, has resulted in numerous opportunities and a wider audience bringing vast exposure...
