the invisible hours are Chris Kelley and Alex Moore. Chris Kelley and Alex Moore have been writing music together for close to nine years. Initially dabbling in math-rock inspired complex compositions, they have drifted into a vocabulary rooted in the fuzz, echo, and the rolling percussive pulse of psychedelia while still remaining anchored by the songwriting approach. Once the product of Kelley's solo home recordings, the songs have been given a new dimension with the addition of Moore's rhythmic depth. In the Fall of 2009, the Invisible Hours set out to Western Massachusetts to record with Scott Hoffman at Ghost Town Recording for what would become the debut release, a four song EP. Currently the duo are working on new material, planning future recordings, and looking for a bassist and second guitarist to make the Invisible Hours a visible fixture on the local scene.
