CLASSICALLY TRAINED GUITARIST: I received three years of formal training from G.I.T. graduate student (Guitar Institute of Technology) and have completed two years of classical training (classical guitar) at San Joaquin Delta College. I feel that I am now ready to participate all the while I continue to be a diligent student of the art. I am comfortable in all capacities involving my instrument, including song writing and have a wide range of tastes and influences. I am interested in starting a new project with all original material. I read notation and have a reasonable knowledge of theory. I wrote (copyright2008) and played all of the instruments (except the drum machine) on the available tracks. The video is from a gig I played in the summer of 2008. I am currently seeking trained musicians (i.e., you can read and/or write music) who understand basic theory (knowledgeable of scales) who are interested in adding me to their group or would be interested in starting a new original project/band.
