Tori Nichols is an up- and- coming singer born and raised in Oklahoma City. She has been singing for most of her life and it has always been her passion, but only recently started taking steps to pursue it as a career. She sings a range of genres from r&b to hip-hop and pop. After only starting to write and record a year ago, Tori has already put out her first mixtape, Superhuman, which contains all original songs and beats. She is now currently working on a demo with no features that she can use to send to labels and really pursue getting a record deal. Also on the agenda right now is the Blockstarz tour, which consists of Tori and local artists Yung O, Hustle Team, X Man, and Navigator. The tour started in June and they have been touring around Oklahoma and several other states in the Midwest. One of the best moves Tori has made in the music game so far was linking up with the Hustle Team who have gained great exposure and notoriety in Oklahoma this year. They have done several songs together and ask her to perform at every show that they do. Their song “Something Special” Ft. Tori won the Hometown Sounds Battle on Wild 104.9 four times and was the first song to ever be retired. It is now getting airtime on that station. What sets Tori apart from any other singer out there is her ability to blend and work well with any type of artist and any type of music. You can give her almost any type of material and she will put her sound into it and make it something special. She is hard-working and driven and will promote and do whatever she has to do to keep getting better and achieve her goals.
