Biography

The Trailer Park Kings are one of those bands that you might remember from the old days. Not flashy, not arrogant, not a lot of smoke and mirrors. Just simple "shit-on-a-stick between the ditches garage rock." You may have been in a band just like this one. You damn sure had a group of friends in a band like this. Distorted and driven guitars, bass, drums, vocals, and an occasional keyboard is what we groove to. All original tunes with a few mocked-covers from time to time, The Trailer Park Kings are definitely "independant rockers". After the Trailer Park we live in was bought by some unscrupulous people, a greaseball named Elvis Garcia, who inherited his trailer and a 1968 Eldorado convertible from his grandmother, and a almost hooker, named Cynthia Sanchez, who lived in the park, and paid for her trailer by doing the "shimmy" and "bump and grind" for the old retired guys in the park, we began to notice very negative changes in our beloved La Vista Trailer Park and the simple life we all enjoyed there. Due to neglect the septic tanks quit working, institution of a 20 dollar fine for peeing in the pool was enforced by a security guard with a clipboard and resident list, repeated humiliation and ridicule of the incontinent, a mandatory painting of all the rentals to aqua blue, and pink flamingos on each lawn with the lot number painted on the side. People being evicted for minor infractions of the "re-written" by-laws, and various inhumanities to the residents. We decided to take our story on the road to the people in musical form. That was the begining of what is now known as The Trailer Park Kings. Join us in our crusade to help those who cannot help themselves, the young, the old, the poor, even those who cannot control their body functions. For they too are people who deserve our respect, even in their adult diapers with snot and drool on their upper lips. Like Ford Fairlane once said, "Some people play hard to get; we play hard to want!"
