Sometimes I'll decide "I don't want to write a song today" and the idea of writing a song about trying not to do something will pop in my head. Not annoying in the least, right? There are two things I want you to get out of my music the most: I want you to use it as a device to escape from the world for a good, solid 4 minutes and I want it to remind you to live every moment simply and love people immensely. Life is hard, but the good days, things, and people are the little presents God sends you along the way that always push through the dirt somehow and remain the vibrant absolute-truths that remind us everything is gonna be okay.
