In 2006, four individuals longing to create formed Tried by Fire in the Southern California beach town.. The bands founder Jason Skiles came across singer Jared Bowling and they shortly became a brotherhood as they realized that they had natural music chemistry. Each member isn’t a stranger to trials— In 2007, Skiles took a brief hiatus from music-making to be with his ill father before he passed away. He left that challenge even more driven to pursue his passion, so he built a recording studio in his backyard. Tried By Fire has chosen to use these and the many hurdles of life as motivation to uplift others through their hard-driving music.
