Tuesday's Secret

Biography - From the start Tuesday's Secret was originaly started by best friends Mike Garforth and Chris Dixon. They decided to start the band on Tuesday the 7th November 2006. Within a few days Ben Wales and Shane hodgson had joined them to complete the linup. The four met up on Tuesday the 14th November for their first rehearsal/practice. Biography - From the start Tuesday's Secret was originaly started by best friends Mike Garforth and Chris Dixon. They decided to start the band on Tuesday the 7th November 2006. Within a few days Ben Wales and Shane hodgson had joined them to complete the linup. The four met up on Tuesday the 14th November for their first rehearsal/practice. This was all kept secret until a few rehearsals later (Tuesday 28th November). This was how 'Tuesday's Secret' got their name. February 2007: Chris left the band. He felt he could not commit to the band as much as he wished due to other responsibilities. He is still close friends with all of the band and still turns up at the occasional show to show his support. March 2007: After Chris left the band another close friend, Adam 'McLovin' Lovell (aka Adam Stevenson), Stepped up to the plate. Having already been in a previous band with all members of [TS] he had no trouble 'fitting in' and within just a couple of months the band had enough of their own material to take to a show. May 2007 - September 2007 Just as the band seemed like they were ready to hit the road their rehearsal room/studio was closed down and what was supposed to be a break for a few weeks ended up lasting five months. October 2007 The boys decided it was time to get their act together and relearn what they had forgotten and push themselves and play live as soon as possible. November 23rd 2007 Not many people know that this was Tuesday's Secret's first show. Which was expected to be a quiet one was far from it. In a small bar in Dewsbury called the Black Bull the atmosphere in the room was more than a lot of bands will ever experience. Since that day the band have gone from strength to strength. Recently Headlining to a crowd of around 800 people at the famous Batley Frontier (21st Dec 2008). 2009 looks like it could be a big year for Tuesday's Secret...
