It all started in freshmon algebra class with 2 kids, me and a kid named Anthony. Anthony was trying to form a band looking for a drummer. He finally came to me and asked me to join. What came out of it was 5 kids, me, Anthony, Mario, Brett and Elihja forming what I like to call "The Worst 2 Weeks of my life". That group only lasted about 2 weeks before we broke up due to creative differences. Out of it, me, Mario and Brett formed a new band out of our love for punk rock.
For the next 2 months we were practicing covers of songs by The Pixies, Nirvana and Anti-Flag. It was fun but me and Brett wanted to be origional and we had issues with Mario having to work. So one day when Mario couldn't come to practice I asked a friend of mine, Ryan to come jam with us. In that day we knew we had to ask him to join. Ryan was a multi instrumental, had a good aditude and was a cool person to hang around.
Another month went by...We became more of a band, but we were missing something. A bassist. It wasn't until I went to a party and met Dax. We started talking about music and how he broke up with his old band. The next day I called Dax and asked him to join our band as our basist/guitarist. At this point we were compleatly serious about the band. Dax had contributed 10 songs which was enough for us to start recording.
There was only 1 more problem we had...Ryan couldn't play guitar and sing at the same time. We hired back mario as a touring guitarist out of desperation. And then we were offered a gig. I had asked my friend Ilias to come over to help us make fliers promoting it. I left to room for 1 second and when I came back I saw Ilias giving creative advise to ryan on which cords to play in 1 of our songs. I heard angels singing. We had finally found the final piece of the puzzle and instead of making him a touring guitarist we had desided to have him as an actual member.
Anyways...We are located in NYC and are looking forward to recording an album soon. So please look at the page and leave us questions and comments.
