Description
From a live L.A. showcase I did with the late, great guitarist, Marshall Rohner (Cruzados, TSOL), & David Sykes, bass (Aldo Nova). It was crudely recorded on cassette tape (yikes!) & lousy sound; BUT: the 4 songs recorded are gems- 2 were co-written with Marshall. THIS is one of them- a kind of funky/rocky/bluesy upbeat song of hope and renewal. Vocals are muddy, but the GUITAR is AMAZING! Damn you, Marsh- you left us way too early!
Lyrics
DECISION by Kim Ayrie Morris & Marshall Rohner (1963-2005) Don't drive me crazy, You know it's much too easy, easy, Don't make me hurt you, You mustn't tease me, tease me, Part of this is part of you, You know we won't forget it, no way, It was both of our decision, I hope we won't regret it someday- Everybody's shouting, I can't tell what they're saying, saying, But they ain't fooling, We just keep on playing, playing, So much time I've let go by, Still I feel this feeling, feeling, I've learned to stand and try, In whatever I am dealing, dealing- Don't be scared, I'll always be, Right by your side, Never fear, Through thick and thin, I will ride, By your side, I will always be right by your side...
