Sal Zivalli is a New England native who migrated south to Miami in 2001. Sal’s introduction to electronic music came while listening to some of the amazing DJs and producers, world renowned and local alike, that Miami has to offer. This came from frequenting such clubs as Space, Crobar, Level, Shadow Lounge, Groove Jet and Nikki Beach to name a few. Sal Zivalli is a New England native who migrated south to Miami in 2001. Sal’s introduction to electronic music came while listening to some of the amazing DJs and producers, world renowned and local alike, that Miami has to offer. This came from frequenting such clubs as Space, Crobar, Level, Shadow Lounge, Groove Jet and Nikki Beach to name a few. During this time a Trance fan was born, however Trance did not completely satisfy Sals listening curiosity and his love affair with House began. After time, as with any art, the definition of House music drastically changed and spurred the creation of many sub-genres. This change has caused many fans of House music to become unsure of what they are listening to and exactly what genre of music it falls under. This is what has driven Sal to evolve from fan to DJ to producer with aspirations of becoming his own musical creator. Sal began his DJ career roughly one year ago and has practiced and honed his skill with the assistance of many known and well respected local DJs. While making sure not to lose touch with his love of House, Sal is striving to create his own sound and make a lasting mark on the electronic music world. Offering what will be something classic but edgy giving the masses a new sound to move to. Sal has been influenced by such DJs and producers as Oscar G, Robbie Rivera, Sultan, Ned Sheppard, both DJs QBA & Satz of Parantula, Johnny Ramirez, Willie Morales, DJ Wady & Patrick M. From year to date since Sal has begun his short DJ career he has played at some of the hottest venues Miami has to offer. These include Crobar, Gryphon @ The HardRock, Exit 66, Karu & Y, Aerobar, Dream, Eden, Indra, Ink, Prive, Nocturnal, The Gansevoort South & The Fotainebleau Pool Parties. In March of 2009 Sal also played his first WMC Winter Music Conference & first festival “Sunset Music Festival” in June playing alongside Granite & Phunk. Currently, Sal is spinning @ "Guilty Pleasures" @ AEROBAR playing alongside “Juicy Music’s” own QBA, “Premire” @ CINEMA & F.U.B.A.R @ DREAM. Currently Sal is collaborating with other producers and DJs to create new and exciting audio pleasures. No matter what genre of electronic music you may be into Sal has the ability to read the crowd and provide a journey of sounds that is sure to please even the most challenging critics.
