Description
An alcoholic reflects on his addiction. His girlfriend wants all the attention, but he also needs to see his male friends, which she doesn't agree he can do. So he drinks... Like my song "Have Another Drink", this is in the same genre as Sinatra's "One for My Baby" ... even down to the echoey, distant-sounding piano.

Drinking alone, my baby has gone, She said she's had enough Of my wandering eyes, and seeing the guys - She wants to be the only one! Drinking alone, and why do I feel There's no other way to go? There is hope in a glass that love can surpass, But love has given me such a blow. I must as well get drunk again, The whisky is my friend. They tell me to stop - I need every drop.
