Quinten Sampson AKA "QS the G ReBeL" is a Hip-Hop performer/producer/songwriter from Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He prides himself on being a lyrical genius whose wordplay is second to none.  "QS the G ReBeL has burst on the scene with the release of his new single 'Pass Me That'. The song has been making noise all over & ensures that 2017 will see a lot more of the talented wordsmith" says Damian Sanders in the debut issue of CIE Fashion Magazine.  QS plans to release his first LP sometime in 2017 which is still yet to be titled. QS the G ReBeL was born on the south side of Chicago in 1989.  Growing up he was an avid listener of hip hop and rap music, influenced heavily by midwest legends "Twista" and "Bone Thugs N Harmony". His earliest childhood memories he can recall listening to "Old Hits & Dusties" from different Motown greats with his mother, giving him an appreciate for good quality soul music.  In 1998 his mother moved his family to Grand Rapids, MI and as a preteen QS he was first introduced to the music of Eminem and also DMX and thats when he understood the power of lyricism.  In the tenth grade Quinten realized he could make clever rhymes while free-styling with friends and creating catchy covers to songs like Snoop Dogg's "Drop It Like Its Hot".  It wasn't until 2009 after his 2nd year in college that the "G ReBeL" decided to seriously pursue a career in music and wrote his first song "I'm Gonna Make It"(Which he plans to place on his debut LP). QS tells descriptive stories about life using calculated words and a next level flow to keep his fans engaged and he continues to push the boundaries of his lyrical talents.  Those talents caught the attention of his friend Sidney "Big Sid" Smith who asked QS to be a member of his group Rogue Squadrin, which has led to dozens of performances, most of them at local night clubs and hip hop shops.  In fall of 2010 his group "Rogue Squadrin" opened up for "Twista" and then for rap group "Travis Porter" in the summer of 2011. QS is also affiliated with "G ReBeLz Ent", a group he controls and has released two official group projects under.  Recently as a solo artist QS is making waves and just inked a full management deal with LiquidSound Records. This is just the beginning for QS and does not compare to the heights he has the potential to reach.  Be sure to check out his first official video to his single "Pass Me That" on videographer Boog Madison's Youtube channel.  Also make sure you follow him on social media including @QStheGReBeL to stay up to date with everything new from the QS!!  Join him on his way to the top of the rap game, lets take off and make this a ReBeL wOrLd!!!!!
