Fusing her acoustic sound with flourishes of indie rock, blues, soul, and funk, she draws intricate portraits of people, places and emotions in her songs. Interweaving them with a tapestry of acoustic guitar and her lilting, bluesy vocals turns each song into sonic poetry.
Brandy has made noteable apperances at Bonnaroo, House of Blues, and The Bijou Theatre. She has played with Bushwalla, Jason Mraz and friends, Tristan Prettyman, Blues Traveler, Citizen Cope, Imogen Heap and The Wood Brothers.
She has 2 albums out on her own record label, GuitarMama Records and is about to start recording her third full length album next year.
