About the Artist

Click to EditDonny "D-M.A.U.B." Harper is Dedicated to Making All Underestimaters Believers......it's what his name stands for. Like most thrown onto to the platform of ministering the word of God, this young man has seen his share of trials and tribulations. When his childhood friend, Robert "Lazarus" Smith pulled him aside and introduced him to Christ, Donny took the role full on. Tragically losing his mother in 1997, D-M.A.U.B. finally saw that there was more to life than what he had been doing. He accepted the invitation and started turning a skill he has always possessed to glorify God and spread his awesome testimony of coming through tough struggles. He wants people to know that we can have fun and draw men to Christ through his lyrics and beats. But most of all he desires to draw all to Christ. He's also known as the #1 "YOUNG CUT-T , which stands for Courageously Upholding The Truth. When D-M.A.U.B. talks, people listen, they relate, they think and things change!!
D-M.A.UB. has had the pleasure of ministering alongside national recording artists Nicole C. Mullen, Bootsy Collins, K-drama, Karen Clark and Kierra Sheard, Electric Church, Mars Ill, Da’ T.R.U.T.H., E.Cross, and Tye Tribbett and G.A.. He also has submitted his voice to local commercials such as Deveroes clothing store. He participated the Queen City Fusion BET/Soundstage in 2004. D-M.A.U.B. has appeared on the Sony Playstation 2 games Grand Turismo 4, NBA Jam, ATV 3 and MLB 2005.
Another piece of the vision came together in 2005 when Donny branched out and began his own label, One Route Entertainment. He and a group of dedicated friends have big things in store that include music, clothing and educational platforms.
His discography includes being featured on the Holy Hip Hop :Takin’ The Gospel To The Streets Volume 4 Compilation for 2006 distributed worldwide by EMI Gospel. D-M.A.U.B. has released 5 albums, The Unexpected in 2002, Tymeline in 2005, Life Over Death in 2007, The Release and Urban Legend both in 2008 2009 brings a ringtone album entitled “ Crazytones” and “The Follow Up” EP. D-M.A.U.B. is among the honorees for the 2009 Holy Hip Hop (EMI) Awards and Artist Showcase He also acts and is features in the stageplay “Go Get Your Life Back”. He continues to work with local and national productions and participate in events both in and out of his hometown.
Donny was born, raised, and currently resides in Cincinnati Ohio with his wife and children.

Why My Phone Keep Ringin'"!? That is the Crazy Tone that you will hear when D-Maub's cell phone rings. Where ever he goes he makes sure that his cell phone is on loud so that when he gets a call, which he gets all through the day, everyone will be able to hear the Crazy Tone that he has set as his ringer. The unique thing about these Crazy Tones is that they are specifically made to bring style and excitement to your phone! Unlike other ring tones that are just songs that you have to edit, these Crazy Tones are already made to describe how you may feel. For example, if you know someone who likes to call you but they really don't have anything important to talk about, then the Crazy Tone for that person would be "Call Me After 9pm". Or if someone calls you and they run their mouth TOO much about nothing, when they call, "Don't Talk Me To Death" could play. When you get a call from someone you don't know, or don't feel like talking to them at the present time, you can set your phone to play "Leave A Message". "My Phone Got Swag" is also a Crazy Tone that is sure to be on almost every cell phone in the country! D-Maub is one of the first, if not the first, to come out with a ring tone album! The Crazy Tone album is not the only thing D-Maub is responsible for. This guy is always on the move. He is not only the president of an up and coming record label, One Route Entertainment,LLC, but he is also the only artist representing his label at the present time. "Busy" is just an understatement to describe this man's work ethic! Since the start of One Route Entertainment,LLC in 2005, Donny "D-Maub" Harper has put out 5 projects, 2 album's in the same year, he is releasing 2 more projects by the end of '09, he has done over 40 features since January 2009, acting in sold out stage plays, ministers around 150 times per year, working a full time 3rd shift job, a husband, and a father of four children! The man does not sleep! It is only by the grace of God that he is able to do these things and the best thing about all of this, is that he understands that it is because of God that he is being blessed this way. D-Maub says, "I am so thankful that people see my heart in what I do. I am always being encouraged from people who enjoy my gift, and for that I am forever grateful". D-Maub's "Crazy Tones" is just the beginning. He is constantly thinking of ways to create opportunities for the gift that God has given him. He believes that the Crazy Tones will be a great way to gain the attention of unbelievers so that he can in the end, point them in the direction of the only one who can save them from their sins, Jesus. D-Maub is very passionate about his music ministry. His desire is to inspire the saved and unsaved to gain a closer relationship and to come to know who Jesus is. On the other hand, he does understand that how he goes about ministering through music he has to be lined up not only spiritually, but also in the way he handles the business side of his ministry because it has a lot to do with the success of his company. He realizes that the two are separate, but he allows his ministry to run his business, and not his business to run his ministry. For example, the BUSINESS side would say, "don't go minister if they can't pay anything", but the MINISTRY side would say, "if your able, go plant a seed and the Lord will bring increase". He totally depends on God to supply what he needs to be effective and prosperous with his company. His relationship with the Lord is important because making wise decisions only comes from spending time with God. This ring tone album is a major move for D-Maub and One Route Entertainment. The buzz about the project is gaining a lot of attention and is set to do very well on it's release date on 8/10/09. They will be available on iTunes and www.OneRouteEntertainment.com. D-Maub will continue to work to put out product that will inspire and challenge people to do their best and to never be afraid to take risks.
