Last Breath Before the Fall

First came Last Breath Before the Fall. Being that it is just as much a movement as it is a Band. While LBBF is inspired by the legion of metal Gods that have come before, it attempts to extend and progress the genre, coercing it into previously unknown realms and possibilities of sound. It all started like in any nondescript suburban high school, a group of kids looking for something fun to do when not partying and chasing girls. Core members Miguel Almaraz, Alex Davidson, and Zac Morone, became a band but broke up shortly after, then going their separate ways. Each played music with countless others learning the craft, but still carried with them the concept and idea of creating something new. LBBF reformed stronger than ever currently spearheaded by those who have heard its call. Brad Berridge and Brandon Griffis were soon brought in to complete the commitment of taking Metal to the next level. The prophecy was partly fulfilled when LBBF, in only their second live performance together, won Alrosa’s Battle of the Bands 2009. LBBF is currently playing shows in between recording their first full length, as they continue to write new music that will captivate and challenge, and someday inspire others to do the same.
