New Music Exclusive Artist: PAR-A-DIGM by
CCM Magazine.comPAR~A~DIGM has been known to leave audiences in a state of euphoria and awe with their melodic vocals, crashing drums and thunderous guitar section. Virgil R.PAR A DIGM is my pick for best band. This was an all black rock group that mixed modern soul with metal and nailed everything. I wish they had more than 20mins as a few more songs would have been welcome. Only One Artist: Paradigm by

Paradigm has the perfect name because what they are doing is a brand new paradigm in
music. Their album, ONLY ONE, makes them the only band to submit an album for
reviews that contains Rock, Metal, R&B, Hip-Hop and Pop songs. I'm very impressed!
Self-Destruct" is an incredible song that brings some of the hardest of the hardcore rock
guitar thrashing you'll ever hear. As a part of their rock section of the project, this song
has a very heavy sound to it and it reminds me of something I would hear out of someone
like Nickelback. The musicianship and lead vocal performances are awesome and I think
Paradigm has a hit on their hands if they get it into the right hands.
Superman Complex" is Paradigms high energy Hip-hop song that tears down any
preconceived notion that a rock/metal band could never do a dope rap track. The beat is
hot, the rap is blazing and the hook is catchy. Again, I'm impressed with Paradigm's
ability to switch genre's with no hesitation. This is called TALENT!
Nothing To Do With Love" -- WOW! R&B at its best! Go check this song out. The
acoustic guitar, drums, vocals and keyboards are all right on point. Hit..Hit...Hit! Another
great one is "Out of Room," which is an amazing Christian song that I can't quit listening
to. "Trapdoor" is a great Pop song that is a surefire hit waiting to happen.
Bottom line...GO BUY THE ALBUM because there's something here for everyone!
MUSICAL GOAL: "Our goal is to reach people, with an alternative to the mundane
mantras of popular themed music, to be thought and result provoked, while enriching the
whole listener, with a positive message, and platform for change." - Paradigm

Par~A~Digm took the stage with its creative sound, which was ground mostly in rock, but at times pulled elements of rap, hip-hop and R&B.Par~A~Digm is a very good band, so getting them to come out to this is big, because like I said they’re good,” Scott said. “And the thing is they get it.

Uncle EarlPowerhouse Ride.....Twisting Vocals.......Winner!" Real Rocker Girl by "radio-ready power ballad"
This is a very nice composition. It isn't 4/4 but it still rocks, which makes it more interesting than the average rock song. The chord progressions combined with the melody and harmonies made the tune have a "soaring" sound, a sort of musical flight. At times it reminded me of the band World Trade, but this song really does have a sound of its own. The vocalist has a very distinctive voice and passionate delivery that grabbed my attention right away. The musicianship is superior all around and I enjoyed the guitar solo. The production does a nice job of enhancing the emotional tenor of this song. Every instrument and the vocals were well-balanced and easy to hear, and the mix was big and evocative. You guys have written, produced and performed a radio-ready song that has a signature style and sound.
Beauty by
There is a super strength to the melody here but its easy going at the same time. That is hard to do. Many can't create that in a song, but you guys manage to produce a song that is sung so beautifully and is so powerful. I can't even describe it......wow.....speechless yet again! I just love this song!

Artist of the Month Contest Song Review (Emily) by
This song sounds like an interesting blend of R & B and eighties new wave, and that is a really novel combo coming from a five piece. I also think the song is very marketable. Nothing like direct address to women named Emily to make it sell! Good job choosing a common name! Actually, I felt that the melodies were very catchy and well constructed. I also felt the harmonies at the end of the song worked really well and were the high point of the song. The instruments take a back seat in this one, but the way the vocals are written and structured, not how they are delivered even, really pick up the slack. I will also mention that the recording is very well done. If there is a single thing to say about this band after listening to this song, I would say it is that they are great at doing melodies.
Love This by
The whole arrangement is golden! This production is clear and powerful. I love the lyrics and the raw emotion. This kind of song wraps me right up....I connect with this big time. If I was anything close to a rocker, THIS is the kinda song I would sing and perform....I love this track so much! Great vocals and great musicianship! Well done......thumbs up!!!

Par~a~digm, a black rock band, is from Las Vegas. Par~a~digm wows the crowd as one of the few black bands playing the genre of rock music. I interviewed the band a few months ago. Par-a-digm offers a very different experience from the traditional rock sound.

“Hey Guys! You did a great job! Thanks for coming out, I hope you had a great time in Nashville.
You are all pretty good at your instruments. Song 3(Paralyzed) this is a great intro. Good job! Musically I like this song the best.
Keep writing, you have some pretty good songs right now. The most valuable thing that you can have as a band is good songs, and good writers. Anyone who is in a band can play covers, but it takes AMAZING talent to bring amazing songs to a church/venue. You are on the right track!!
I'm looking forward to see what God has in store for you. You are going to change some lives! I'm sure you already are”. (A&R Assessment)

Nice job here: Despite the spiritual nature of the lyrics, I could hear this song cracking multiple radio formats. It's got a strong hook, and the playing and dynamics are solid. The synth break was totally unexpected, but I like it -- very vintage/analog sound to it, and the solo is tasteful and complements the song well. Keep at it, and I look forward to hearing you shatter a paradigm or two down the road.
