The Supervisor

Born in 2006 in the midst of suburban Lisbon,The Supervisor first started as a performance partnership between three fellow video artists.
The search for the perfect connection between image and sound was the beginning of the project.
By the end of 2007 the project had already composed more than 12 songs, with a strong rock influence that pointed to the urge of live performance.
Influenced by grunge rock of the 90’s but also alternative music from the 80´s, in 2008 the band starts to prepare some of the 20 songs of which only 6 will feature in the first EP.
With several distinctive patterns/melodies, these songs capture the “raw” pop feeling, as the band tries to reach its essence.
