Armed with a pen and paper, Marvin's writing abilities began to flourish as well as his singing abilities. His enhanced lyrical ability through song, as well as rap began to make a new lane in his drive to success, coining the nick name Mr.R&B. The name Tonez was derived from Marvin's unique sound of voice, which seperated him from your typical R&B singer. The P was later added to the name, and has multiple meanings, which Tonez P wishes rather to show then tell. Tonez P moved to the I.E. to pursue his career in music because he feels that the love of music resides there.
