"Mind In Motion"

"Mind in Motion" is talking about how the tension we hold is the tension we follow into the dark. The things that we hide will move out of shadows and bring us out inside. When we are sure that the tension will go in our mind and our motions, we move on. It tells of being confident when feeling secure to do so . And sometimes we get "boxed in" by our emotions.
